Each meeting platform has its own unique features and way of operating. In this module I cover the key features you need to know in MS Teams and Zoom. In each area I first provide links to resources that the platforms make available. These articles and videos are the best place to start to learn or review how the platform works in that area. I then offer my suggestions and links to additional resources.
